At lovekitty , we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Tags, labels, and hygiene seals must remain attached where applicable.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, panties, and other intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at giorginabellini@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the product if it is damaged or defective

Our support team will provide you with return instructions if your request is approved.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please send us photos or videos showing the issue. We will review your request and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or worn items
  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

6. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective.
